Marketing Campaign Specialist
We're looking to add to our growing Marketing team in Chicago. The Marketing Campaign Specialist has 2+ years experience executing marketing campaigns and/or organizing trade shows, corporate events or field marketing programs!
You’re dynamic, creative, fast-paced and eager to learn. You relish working with technology, data, and analytics. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. You are hyper-organized, and you can juggle multiple projects at once.
Your project management skills are top-notch, ensuring timelines and deliverables are always met. You are comfortable building new processes and testing new initiatives under the guidance of a supportive team. You are excited to work in a global company, supporting marketing initiatives across many different regions and markets.
What You'll Do
As the Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will focus on our Event Marketing strategy, but have the opportunity to support all three verticals within our Marketing Team! This will give you phenomenal exposure to all aspects of marketing and have a direct impact on a fast-growing FinTech firm!
- Event Marketing: Own the Event Marketing calendar, including identification, prioritization and logistics of trade shows, speaking opportunities, webinars, live streams, customer and prospect networking events. You will work across the organization to ensure our events are executed seamlessly, manage the overall budget, track the ROI of events and leverage learnings and results to strategically drive our event strategy moving forward. You will be expected to travel overnight to a number of trade shows and our customer events as the onsite coordinator.
- Marketing Operations: Support the day to day administration of our MarTech stack including Salesforce and Pardot, as well as helping to build and maintain the marketing database.
- Demand Generation: Collaborate with the team on marketing programs like campaign set-up, landing page design, campaign reporting, and ad-hoc emails
Who We Need
- Bachelor’s degree or similar with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Sales or related fields
- 2+ years of full-time or internship experience in Sales, Marketing or B2B organizations
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Competency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with marketing automation and/or CRM platforms is a plus
- Ability to stay on task and meet goals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Adapt, learn quickly and be resourceful
