What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience. B2B, agency or online marketing experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns with metrics-driven results
  • Strong project management, prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Creativity, flexibility and initiative with the ability to accept delegated responsibility, work independently and collaborate in group settings


Impact You'll Make:
TransUnion is looking for an experienced B2B demand-gen marketer to support the Diversified Markets business. This position is responsible for end-to-end marketing for multiple industry segments within the Diversified Markets business such as third party collections, law firms, hedge funds, private investigators, among others.
You will collaborate with Diversified Markets leadership, sales and cross-functional internal stakeholders to drive the strategy, planning and execution of marketing programs and performance-driven demand generation campaigns. This role identifies B2B marketing communication needs, executes creative/positioning strategies, and drives incremental pipeline growth through marketing-influenced revenue.
The ideal candidate has a success record of achievement with data-driven marketing strategies, plans and campaigns, the ability to collaborate in both a vertical and company matrix, and expertise in cross-channel, full-funnel acquisition and nurture campaigns using a marketing automation platform (i.e., Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce).

  • Serve as the marketing lead and main point of contact with Diversified Markets' business leaders. You will provide consultative marketing support and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Establish annual marketing plan(s) for segments within Diversified Markets that is in line with marketing budgets, global business objectives and segment priorities and growth. Deliver and maintain quarterly PI plans and editorial calendars.
  • Initiate and develop multi-channel, integrated B2B marketing campaigns that include thought leadership initiatives, industry research, advertising, solutions collateral, email and direct marketing, webinars, trade shows, proprietary events, public relations, social media, etc.
  • Own marketing programs from start to finish to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This includes conceptualization, initiation, creative brief development, pre-campaign process, content and creative alignment, audience segmentation, campaign execution and post-campaign reporting.
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver marketing and business strategies, messaging, positioning, spend and measurable outcomes to drive campaign assets and successful program execution.
  • Analyze marketing program performance including responses, leads and ROI working with the marketing analytics team. Communicate results to the business unit for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with business leadership to create the annual marketing budget, monitor expenses, and recommend changes to marketing activity based on performance goals and budget.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including but not limited to, updating collateral, assisting with tradeshow events and coordinating external advertising.
