Marketing Communications Manager

We're growing faster than ever and are on the lookout for a Manager, Corporate Communications to join our marketing team and help elevate our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to tell LogicGate’s company and product story to an expanding, high-level audience in order to drive awareness and showcase Logicgate as a category leader. You have a passion for storytelling and you know how, when, and to which audience to engage. You will also work with our in-house subject matter experts and executive leadership team to showcase their voices.
In collaboration with the team, you will ensure that journalists, analysts, and other key audiences understand how LogicGate is transforming the GRC space. LogicGate has already been featured in many top-tier media publications and was named in Gartner's 2020 "Magic Quadrant for IT Vendor Risk Management Tools." We want you to help continue this momentum and take our awareness and brand to the next level!
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of communications and public relations experience at a B2B technology company (or agency). Experience with employer branding and internal comms a plus.
What you will do:
- Execute on communications programs that elevate the company
- Support in leading agency team, ensuring they are set up for success to deliver on goals
- Manage profile-raising initiatives for executives, including identifying speaking engagements, preparing briefing materials, and staffing media interviews
- Build and support existing relationships with third-party advocates
- Collaborate with product marketing, customer marketing, and content marketing to connect the dots
- Support day-to-day internal and external communication needs
- Collaborate with People Success on internal comms and employer brand initiatives
- Track and report on goals to effectively measure the impact of our awareness programs and strategies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate or marketing communications preferably at a high-growth B2B technology company (or agency)
- Natural storyteller who can take complex topics and make them easy to digest
- Strategic problem-solver; intelligent and creative
- Exceptional writing and editing skills; obsessed with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and interact with key internal stakeholders including LogicGate executives and marketing peers, as well as external media agencies and partners
- Well-informed about innovation in media and PR
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Marketing preferred

LogicGate is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing LogicGate employees will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at a LogicGate office.
