In the span of three years, Reverb has become the largest music instrument website in the world transforming the way musicians buy and sell gear. 

To support our growth in Germany and develop our local language experience, we're looking for a gear-obsessed marketer to act as our German Marketing Coordinator and Copywriter.

Reporting to the Territory Manager for Reverb Germany, and in close cooperation with our US Content & Marketing teams, you will be in charge of building and animating our German community of musicians. This involves creating relevant and inspiring content while also developing and executing our email, social media and digital marketing initiatives.

This is a full time, remote position with the potential to work out of our offices in Amsterdam.
 

Start date: As soon as possible.

In this role you will:

  • Participate in the development of Reverb’s German content strategy and calendar.
  • Source, edit and publish relevant and inspiring content (music gear, gear stories, interviews).
  • Identify, localize/translate and publish content generated by Reverb’s US content team.
  • Create, publish and analyze Reverb’s German email campaigns.
  • Manage Reverb’s German social media networks in collaboration with a US community manager.
  • Manage the German homepage of Reverb.com, ensuring the most relevant content is seen.
  • Track and report on key results. 

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years university degree in marketing/communication or journalism preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience in copywriting and/or marketing.
  • Passion for and knowledge of musical gear.
  • Excellent German written skills.
  • Understanding of SEO tools and techniques.
  • Experience with social networks and emailing tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a heavy schedule.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Um unser Wachstum in Deutschland zu unterstützen und eine lokale Nutzererfahrung zu entwickeln, suchen wir einen Equipment-besessenen Marketing Manager und Copywriter.

 

Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gebietsmanager für Reverb Germany zusammen und mit unserem US Content- und Marketing-Team und zeichnest dich verantwortlich für das Wachstum unserer Musiker-Community in Deutschland. Dies beinhaltet das Erstellen von relevantem und inspirierendem Content sowie die Entwicklung und Ausführung unserer Email-, Social Media- und Digital Marketing-Kampagnen.
 

Diese Position in Vollzeit wird in Deutschland besetzt mit der Option, aus unseren Büros in Amsterdam zu arbeiten. Startdatum: So bald wie möglich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Teilnahme an der Entwicklung von Reverbs deutscher Content-Strategie
  • Finden, Verfassen und Publizieren von relevantem und inspirierendem Content (Musik-Equipment, Equipment-Stories, Interviews etc.)
  • Identifikation, Übersetzung und Veröffentlichung von Content des Reverb US-Teams
  • Erstellung, Veröffentlichung und Analyse von Reverbs deutschen Email-Kampagnen
  • Verwaltung von Reverbs deutschem Social Media-Netzwerk in Zusammenarbeit mit dem US-Team
  • Weiterentwicklung von Reverbs deutscher Webseite für den relevantesten Content
  • Aufzeichnung und Ergebnisberichte

Voraussetzungen:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Marketing/Kommunikation oder Journalismus bevorzugt
  • 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in Marketing oder Copywriting
  • Leidenschaft und Kenntnisse im Bereich Musik-Equipment
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Verständnis für SEO-Werkzeuge und -Methoden
  • Erfahrung mit sozialen Netzwerken und Email-Tools
  • Fähigkeit zu Multitasking und hoher Terminlast
  • Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
