Job Description Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will support CCC in communicating product and service benefits to clients and prospective clients. The role provides an opportunity to influence marketing across disciplines and channels including content production, email production, social media posts, program management, event support, and analysis. Additional responsibilities include:
Job Duties
- Develop content and messaging to convey product and company benefits to clients and client-facing teams.
- Segment clients and build automated campaigns tailored to client profile
- Engage clients and prospects on social media and through digital channels
- Assess client feedback and product use to identify opportunities to drive adoption and satisfaction
- Collaborate with business and product management teams to understand market dynamics and establish objectives
- Measure, analyze and report on marketing performance
- Collaborate with creative resources to produce results
- Understand and apply knowledge based on industry insights, marketplace dynamics, product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent required and a minimum of 1-3 years in B2B marketing
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, minimally Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot and/or Salesforce
- Experience in technology marketing, B2B marketing, automotive marketing, or small business marketing a plus
