PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As the YCharts Marketing Coordinator, you will support a wide range of digital marketing initiatives including social media, influencer marketing, virtual and live events, award recognition efforts and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Manage and grow YCharts’ social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube — understanding these platforms and how they support community-building is critical
- Establish and maintain YCharts’ social media calendar, seasonal campaigns, award calendar, and tracking for digital marketing efforts
DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead community-building efforts by posting content from our content team and moderating and engaging with comments and influencers across our channels
- Stay up-to-date on conversations and trends, and identify relevant opportunities for YCharts to engage across social channels
- Assist with key accounts, customer and influencer marketing, including the preparation of webinar and event presentation materials, newsletters and related logistics
- Maintain repositories of all marketing assets and collateral, ensuring stakeholders can find what they need when they need it
- Coordinate sending swag to key partners and customers, leveraging our new gifting platform
- Perform related job duties as assigned and required

- Knowledgeable. You have experience in all social networking platforms including a proven track record of personal and/or business account growth. Hubspot and WordPress experience a plus!
