We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with events, web content, social media, and campaigns. You will have a key role helping maintain a variety of marketing projects and will have the opportunity to work across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content
    • Work with multiple departments to develop webinar topics and maintain our calendar and website
    • Promote upcoming and past webinars to targeted audiences
    • Help develop and publish relevant, high-quality content, including written, images, video
  • Social Media
    • Maintain the social media calendar for the department
    • Write and schedule social media posts to promote content, events, and company culture
    • Monitor and track engagement on LinkedIn, Twitter, and, YouTube Facebook
    • Retweet and share posts from news sites and thought leaders in the industry
  • Events
    • Assist in event planning and logistics for tradeshows, client dinners, and networking events
    • Develop schedule of dates for key deliverables
    • Maintain events page on our website with updated event information
    • Work with vendors on necessary promotional items
  • Additional responsibilities
    • Help create reports to measure and analyze success of content, events, and social media
    • Monitor industry and marketing trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years' marketing experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Hubspot and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
