Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team at LogicGate! The ideal candidate is a project management rockstar. You can take a project, ask the right questions, and run with it—all while requiring minimal oversight. You’ll be nimble and have the ability to adapt to changes on the fly while maintaining a positive attitude. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of LogicGate’s marketing organization through initiatives such as Account-Based Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Digital Marketing, Content Development, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success) to identify and develop sales enablement resources (Google slides, customer stories, proposals, one-sheets, etc.)
- Coordinate and assist in developing the strategy and execution of Account-Based Marketing campaigns
- In partnership with Sales Ops and the Marketing teams, develop and maintain critical marketing metrics, custom reports, and Salesforce dashboards to enable data-driven decisions throughout the organization
- Assist with the development of Google Slide presentations and report-outs on marketing campaigns, initiatives, and ROI to be shared with the wider organization during leadership meetings, company updates, and sales meetings.
- Manage external third-party vendor relationships including print, promotional, and creative services, while coordinating all needs from the greater team and ensuring high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
- Support data hygiene efforts and best practices including cleansing, deduplication, and data normalization, leveraging Salesforce, Google Sheets, etc.
- Create and maintain process documentation related to all marketing initiatives
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related
- 2–3 Years of working experience in a marketing, sales, or sales support function
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience in B2B technology industry and/or a startup environment is desired, but not required
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and/or Pardot (Marketing Automation) preferred, but not required.
