Position Description
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment?  Chowly, Inc. is looking for a self-starter who will be responsible for implementing campaigns, creating online content, and increasing brand awareness.  Using a creative mindset, the Marketing Specialist will transform complex information into captivating content to drive Chowly’s mission, promote the organization image, and generate new business.

Responsibilities 

Have the ability to manage, or help with the management of the following items:

• Social media: creating strategy, content, scheduling, and daily upkeep to increase engagement.
• Email campaigns: create, provide copy, and/or design
• Marketing campaigns: strategize and execute with the team
• Website: Audit and update content
• Content: Help build out the content area of the company including blogs and more
• Relationship Building: Through clients, partners, co-marketing projects, testimonial collection, and more
• Lead Generation: Collaborate with sales team and build strategy campaigns to increase lead generation
• Conferences: Coordinate, organize, and logistically plan conference requirements and logistics
• Design: Help with creating customer facing content including PDFs, documents, flyers, social media graphics, client decks, etc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related-field
• 2-4 years experience in a marketing role
• Adobe cloud experience is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve, while working independently, collaboratively, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects
• Thrive in an ever-changing environment -  remaining positive, coachable, and organized
• Demonstrate a work hard, play hard mentality
