About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst & ETL Developer to create and manage reports and dashboards that will leverage our analytics solutions and turn our marketing data into knowledge. In this role, you will report to the VP, Marketing Operations leader and you will enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions.

Responsibilities

  • PowerBI specialist for Marketing analytics center of excellence, supporting 50+ countries
  • Responsible for automating the dataflow and the consolidation of the data where possible (ETL)
  • Translate business requirements into actionable dashboards for senior management
  • Responsible for the requirement gathering, development, testing, and report building for key operational metrics
  • Develop dashboards consolidating key KPIs to be published across the organization
  • Leverage technical expertise to teach others, lead analytical discussions, and drive a quantitative, performance-based culture
  • Drive process improvements and simplification

About You

  • You are passionate about data and the data-based decision-making process.
  • You can confidently use data to tell a story and can confidently recommend adjustments going forward - even to senior leaders. 
  • You are flexible and easily adapt in a dynamic work environment and can collaborate remotely across teams and geographies.
  • You confidently manage complex data sets, identifying the best way to translate business requirements into actionable dashboards.
  • You are familiar with the marketing funnel and are creative in leveraging existing data and sources to drive marketing processes and improvements.
  • Curiosity, communication, and critical thinking drive your work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
  • Strong Knowledge of visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
  • Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) development experience in the Azure environment (especially Azure Data Factory) and Snowflake
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas or Microsoft Access (e.g. calculations, pivot tables, macros)
  • Ability to synthesize data to build presentations
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and presenting information to help others learn and develop their data analyst skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated work style attention to detail and enjoy a dynamic environment with new challenges and changing work priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Microsoft PowerBI certification & knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Knowledge of coding languages and database frameworks is a plus (python, js, d3, html, css, sql, php, json, etc.)
  • Comfort working with various datasets and databases, as well as APIs and data models
