Marketing Events Coordinator
As an Event Coordinator on our Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing events for Origami Risk; including but not limited to tradeshows, internal colleague conferences, and user converences. You will also manage the internal and external communications between vendors, clients, and all internal departments regardig events.

Responsibilities
- Maintain budget for tradeshows to include all exhibiting and shipping costs by month and quarter
- Work with other marketing teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time for each event
- Order supplies for trade shows, working with Freeman, GES, Fern, etc.
- Gather post-event survey results after each tradeshow to evaluate the success rate of each event and propose any changes to project plan and budget
- Host pre-event and post-event meetings with several internal departments prior to and following each event
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Marketing Events experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong work ethic
- High technical skills
- Enjoy building relationships
- Comprehensive communication skills
- Attention to detail and drive to do things correctly
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High proficiency in creating and meeting deadlines
