Marketing Graphic Design Coordinator

As a Marketing Graphic Design Coordinator, your key focus will be the creation and production of visually impactful brand/digital assets for print, web, digital advertising, sales collateral, and video platforms. Utilizing a range of design and editing software programs, you will work with the Marketing lead to develop innovative, consistent and brand appropriate design solutions that will help support our growth. We're looking for a versatile individual who can work independently, as well as collaborate with colleagues on creative assignments. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design, a proactive self-starter, capable of maintaining a strong sense of focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive, and professional team environment. Responsibilities:
Create digital graphics that clearly communicate the value of our product via strategic documents and presentations
Partner with marketing leadership to translate business/product information and data into easy to understand charts, visualizations, and infographics
Efficiently use Adobe Creative Suite to design marketing and sales materials including: one sheeters, email campaigns, product documents, web graphics, Paid Search landing pages, display ads, and social media graphic
Coordinate and schedule the development of product documents to help achieve ideal product positioning
Present products in the best possible light to different target audiences in restaurant and hospitality industry
Update and maintain brand standards and consistency throughout all digital assets
Design graphics as full deliverables while maintaining the agility to work on individual graphics to be placed within ad-hoc documents
Execute in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Interact professionally with company leadership, marketing and a diverse group of product, engineering, and technology professionals
Work with limited supervision to coordinate and deliver on all required elements the design
Effectively incorporate technical use cases in marketing materials via partnership with product development staff

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a B2B focused company with direct graphic design (layout and creating graphics) and coordination experience
Fluency in software programs including: Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop); PowerPoint, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Google Docs
Demonstrated understanding of layout, design, and the integration of color, typography, photography, illustration and graphic elements
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time while working
Due to collaborative nature of role, must be able to work out of our HQ office in downtown Chicago
Must be able to lift trade show “booth” equipment and marketing materials of up to 25 pounds
