What you get to do:
- Own and lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy to launch a new credit card, reporting directly to the General Manager
- Create and iterate on product positioning, value propositions, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy in order to launch and scale a credit card
- Own setting and achieving targets for customer acquisition and retention. Manage marketing budgets in partnership with channel marketing and finance.
- Define the target customer and market based on data, consumer and competitive insights in partnership with Credit Risk and Channel Marketing
- Work with channel marketing owners (Direct Mail, Email, Partners, SEM, SEO, Social, Web, Digital, etc) to optimize channel mix and deliver campaigns that boost awareness and acquisition of our credit card
- Conduct competitor and customer research to identify insights around credit card behaviors and market trends to inform the marketing strategy
What you will bring to the team:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing, preferably with experience in credit card marketing
- Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically to drive customer acquisition and retention through an integrated multi-channel go-to-market plan
- Experience across a broad variety of marketing channels and disciplines, delivering growth through organic, paid and lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Experience conducting competitive and customer research and synthesizing into actionable insights to develop strategy and messaging
- Data-driven decision making experience with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret data to develop and optimize marketing strategy
- Collaborative approach and comfortable navigating a matrixed organization to get work done, and adept at building strong relationships across our company
- Excitement at the opportunity to build the marketing of a new product from the ground up with a willingness to execute even the smallest of tasks

Compensation and Benefits
