PRIMARY ROLE:

This newly created marketing role is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth B2B software/IoT company that is changing the future of healthcare. We are looking for the second team member of our marketing organization, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, who will bring the right blend of strategic and analytical skills to develop, execute and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Your objective will be to deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads, enabling our business to achieve its customer acquisition and revenue targets. You will work closely with our sales teams to understand the customer buying cycle, and how best to engage prospects throughout their journeys. You will help educate the business on best practices in digital marketing and lead generation, including website conversion and SEO/SEM optimization. You will utilize analytics to understand and report on metrics/ROI from campaigns.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ​Design and execute integrated demand generation programs to deliver sales-ready leads via both paid and organic channels.

  • Generate, nurture, qualify, and track leads through online and offline campaigns including content marketing, SEO/SEM, events, email marketing, customized demand generation programs and additional channels as necessary.

  • Drive the development and ongoing optimization of our lifecycle marketing funnel, aligned to revenue goals.

  • Own and manage the day-to-day operation of marketing automation processes and tools, which includes data import, data management, customer segmentation and targeting activities as well as KPIs and reporting.

  • Manage the integration of our website, marketing automation platform, and CRM, aligning with the Sales team to ensure proper transfer and measurement of leads across the entire lifecycle.

  • Identify and lead implementation of new technology solutions to improve pipeline management and growth.

  • Develop and execute lead nurturing programs for early and mid-stage leads.

  • Plan and coordinate events, including trade shows, webinars and executive-level events.

  • Continue to optimize the website as a lead generation channel.

  • Measure and manage impact of marketing activity, providing post campaign analyses and reporting, working with Sales to optimize performance and ROI for all marketing programs.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5-7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS, IoT, hardware or services

  • Demonstrated ability to understand the customer lifecycle, fundamental marketing / sales pipeline tactics and execution of customer acquisition and retention programs in a startup environment

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills  

  • Willingness to introduce innovative, creative, unique ideas and rapidly experiment

  • Ability to identify and implement marketing technologies that meet the needs of the business

  • Proven ability to apply a data-driven marketing approach

  • Comfort and confidence to be a self-starter and operate independently

  • Mission-driven team player who is flexible, bold and vocal  

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Experience implementing, configuring and using marketing automation, CRM, Google Analytics and social media platforms
