About the Role
This person is responsible for marketing automation tools and creating demand for our products. They will collect and interpret data from our site, maintain the education funnel and third-party information from networks such as social, paid placement, content syndication and more. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact at a fast-growing startup for a results-driven, highly-collaborative individual who is comfortable with both the analytical and creative aspects of leading a holistic demand generation strategy.
What You’ll Do
Lead the strategy and execution for all demand generation campaigns across all marketing channels, including but not limited to email, paid social, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and events
Understand how new leads are flowing through the lead lifecycle across various stages and continually recommend new strategies and tactics for optimization
Build and maintain lead nurture programs
Optimize SEO and SEM strategy for website and blog, driving additional lead generation through online channels
Communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders
What You’ll Need
Proven work experience driving, managing and creating customer engagement programs and nurture streams
Has project management skills with attention to detail
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, marketing analytics, and ROI attribution
Experience with marketing automation systems, Salesforce, customer segmentation, personalization strategies and report on which target accounts are engaging with us
Experience with SEO, SEM, Retargeting, and paid placement
Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
3+ years experience leading demand generation at a high-growth company
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
