We are building a marketing department at Domuso that will drive company growth & transformation. As part of that, we want to hire a Marketing Manager that will deliver programs and events which help establish the company as a key player in the space, as well as drive results against established strategic objectives, timelines, and goals. You will have a key role in researching, planning, executing, and analyzing events for the business. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new department that makes a significant difference to the company.
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Own, manage, and deliver on our trade show & events calendar, and help to establish the company as a key player in the market
- Manage all aspects of trade show and event logistics, planning, and execution, including vendors, staffing, sponsorships, etc., as well as internal preparation of the attending staff
- Work with content contributors to produce compelling content which aligns with our key themes,
resonates with our audiences, and drives engagement - Track, measure, and report on key metrics from events and content channels and use this to
refine & improve - Find ways to maximize our return on investment from the events we attend, primarily through improvement in awareness and sales opportunities generated
- Proactively seek out opportunities to expand our event calendar
- Identify opportunities to establish our speaking presence, and help identify appropriate topics and speakers to represent the company
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and to improve relevancy of created content, and
work with content team to both respond to & drive the conversation - Work with product marketing to ensure coordination of product launches and events, maximize external impact
- Work with demand generation to align event strategy with the lead generation, nurturing, and adoption programs
- Establish yourself as the go-to person for all organized customer interactions, and further strengthen the perception of the marketing department

- Excellent interpersonal skills, and comfortable dealing with vendors, customers, sales & product teams.
