Marketing Manager, Partnerships

We are looking for a creative, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to focus on our Partnerships team. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment on a small, nimble team. Translation: you have an opportunity to make a big impact on Solstice and your career. In this role you’ll support critical partnership management. You will also build and execute on strategic partnership focused campaigns driving our marketing & business development machine. We’re looking for someone who’s not only adept at keeping deadlines, but who isn’t afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.
What you'll be doing:
- Driving the marketing arm of our Partnerships team to achieve sales goals
- Leverage marketing campaigns and content to expand existing relationships with current partners
- Manage content and copy associated with Partnership campaigns
- Develop and implement co-marketing plans that support revenue targets and drive clear outcomes
- Create marketing engagement programs that deliver upon agreed activities including development of joint messaging, sales tools and customer success stories
- Continually analyze and track partnerships & program success
- Be the partner experience owner and drive clear, concise and actionable communications
- Have a deep understanding of partner growth opportunities and organizational alignment, while anticipating their needs/requirements
What we're looking for in you:
- Proven success working in marketing for a B2B technology company
- Experience developing and running a channel marketing program
- Ability to translate marketing efforts into reportable business impact and outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to enlist teamwork through effective collaboration
- Demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills with a “can-do”, positive approach
- Relationship-building skills, using a shared work style
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
