Marketing Manager, Small Business

It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Marketing Manager to support our Small Business vertical. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this individual will develop and manage marketing programs that drive lead acquisition, foster customer retention and advance brand building.
As the Marketing Manager, you will:
Plan and execute marketing strategy - You will develop the content strategy and own messaging across small business verticals including healthcare, fitness & wellness, education and professional services. Understanding varying preferences and behaviors, you will deliver messages across channels including email, webinar, event and direct, to name a few.
Create buzz for Hireology - You will develop the marketing programs to enable Hireology to reach new markets and drive demand. Partnering with an external agency, you will further develop a proactive PR strategy, oversee the creation of media releases and forge relationships with key influencers.
Drive engagement and build rapport with customers - You will lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs that drive retention renewals, referrals and upsell opportunities. You will further connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the customer lifecycle.
Measure and optimize campaign performance - Using Salesforce and Hubspot, you will measure and report on campaign success and broader business results including warm leads generated, marketing qualified leads and opportunities created.
Collaborate with sales, customer success and other internal teams - As the small business vertical and industry expert, you will deliver training and sales tools to ensure understanding of market opportunities, key messages and ongoing campaigns.

BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
Has demonstrated the ability to execute and drive results
5+ years experience in B2B marketing demand generation, customer marketing or equivalent
Home health, fitness, education and professional service vertical knowledge preferred
Superior writing and collateral creation skills
Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
