Marketing Manager
This Marketing Manager will be responsible for Demand & Lead Generation across all markets at CCC, but with an emphasis on insurance, telematics, and OEM solutions. In this role, you will create innovative marketing programs and campaigns that drive demand and shorten the sales cycle. An attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and exceptional written and verbal communications skills are crucial. In your role as Marketing Manager, you will interface with sales leadership and the marketing team to align on revenue goals, then leverage creative and digital resources to execute deliverables. Job Duties Direct and execute demand & lead generation activities that motivate Insurance Customers, telematics ecosystem providers (ie. telematics hardware, software, and app providers) and parts suppliers (recyclers, after market, and OEs) to join the CCC network.
Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for the solutions
Provide guidance and best practice advice to insurance carriers who are marketing telematics-based insurance offerings to their customers.
Manage online marketing content and promotional demand generation campaigns.
Understand and apply knowledge based on competitors, corporate mission, technological solutions, product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Qualifications BS/BA or equivalent required, MBA preferred
7+ years of marketing experience, must have B2B marketing experience
Excellent communication skills and writing skills
Demonstrates strong communication & presentation skills, presenting to CEO and VP levels
Project management skills and time management; handling & prioritizing tasks
Experience analyzing, negotiating and managing undefined complex projects
Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot
Works well across functional and technology service groups
Generates multiple alternative solutions and makes systematic comparisons of them
Successful track record of growing new product sales
Able to cite specific examples in which you have successfully operated in a cooperative/ collaborative way while involving multiple parts of the management teams in the sales and marketing process
