In the wake of this change we at F/A are working hard to keep community news at your fingertips so you can stay engaged in what is happening in your neighborhood. We are a new type of agency that values the structure of a traditional company but exercises the flexibility of a remote work life.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, executing, helping scale and overseeing our clients and internal marketing strategies. These are predominantly content-based leveraging our own web properties, social media & custom audiences. This person should be comfortable collaborating with leadership to build scalable and repeatable processes based on finding from marketing & content tests leveraging our internal tools.

Things you would be responsible for:

  • Marketing & lead generation for our company and online properties

  • Social media strategy & execution

  • Custom audience and targeting strategies

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and collaborate with client team on marketing, content & social strategy

  • Ensure that marketing initiatives stay within budget

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible

  • Drive accountability across the business in order to meet or exceed project promises

  • Prepare reports for clients and upper management regarding status of projects/marketing

  • Collaborate with our executive team to develop and refine plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate customer experience business objectives

  • Foster a goal-driven and collaborative environment while enhancing the company culture and core values

 

Here’s what your background looks like:

  • 2+  years in social media marketing with a preference in experience using custom audiences & other forms of online targeting

  • Has a portfolio or can reference social marketing experience

  • Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues, but more importantly generating solutions

  • Flexibility to deal with last minute changes, the ability to remain calm under pressure, comfortable working with minimal direction

  • Excellent communication skills  (client-facing, internal, written and verbal)
