What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, executing, helping scale and overseeing our clients and internal marketing strategies. These are predominantly content-based leveraging our own web properties, social media & custom audiences. This person should be comfortable collaborating with leadership to build scalable and repeatable processes based on finding from marketing & content tests leveraging our internal tools.
Things you would be responsible for:
Marketing & lead generation for our company and online properties
Social media strategy & execution
Custom audience and targeting strategies
Meet with clients to understand their needs and collaborate with client team on marketing, content & social strategy
Ensure that marketing initiatives stay within budget
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible
Drive accountability across the business in order to meet or exceed project promises
Prepare reports for clients and upper management regarding status of projects/marketing

Here’s what your background looks like:
2+ years in social media marketing with a preference in experience using custom audiences & other forms of online targeting
Has a portfolio or can reference social marketing experience
Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues, but more importantly generating solutions
Flexibility to deal with last minute changes, the ability to remain calm under pressure, comfortable working with minimal direction
Excellent communication skills (client-facing, internal, written and verbal)
