Orderve is seeking a Marketing Manager to support a new innovation hub.
Orderve is a start-up that is building an online marketplace dedicated to restaurants discovering and sourcing specialty food for their businesses. We are challenging the legacy food service business model with an e-commerce marketplace platform that will connect chefs with vendors small and large. While supported by a well-established food service company and Relish Works, Inc., the innovation hub, we operate as an independent start-up focused on solving specific user-centered problems around buying and selling food.
What you’ll do
As Orderve grows, we have a need for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing plan by working with and directing our agency as we launch into new markets and reinforce our current ones. This role will focus mainly on Orderve’s digital marketing needs. As our brand develops we need someone who is data driven to be in charge of our marketing data by testing and learning to help us grow in our market. As the Marketing Manager you will focus on supporting our sales team in customer acquisition through search, display, social and other digital formats. This role will be dedicated to bringing in customers, creating a lead pipeline and demand generation, and facilitating a sales funnel. This role will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the sales department.
Qualifications:
Ability to increase sales pipeline through inbound and outbound marketing strategies
Planning and implementing marketing, sales, growth strategies that benefit our company.
Strong analytical and data background
Experience managing and implementing Search, Display, Social or other digital formats.
Practice deriving key insights and learnings from marketing campaigns.
Analytical/problem solving abilities
2 - 3+ years of digital marketing experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides, CRM Applications, Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software as needed.
