Jellyvision’s headquarters is in Chicago, and, post-COVID, many of us will be returning to the Chicago offices (by choice, not requirement -- our philosophy is “Flexible First”). But this position is also eligible for work by a remote employee out of CA, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MN, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, WA, or WI.

How you’ll help
The primary objective of the role is to partner with Marketing and arm them with the proper technologies and processes to enable the team to drive awareness and generate demand. In this role, you’ll understand and help formulate marketing strategy, working with our tech vendors and partners building processes and systems to help us reach our goals. You’ll own integrating, aggregating, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the health of marketing organizations while ensuring our technology meets the needs of our users. You will be a player-coach, managing the overall technologies but also filling in when needed to ensure our campaigns go off without a hitch. Finally, you will partner with Sales Ops ensuring we can correctly attribute, measure, report, forecast and analyze team KPIs, quotas and conversion rates as well as overall ROI on Marketing spend.
What you’ll do
- Administer sales and marketing automation systems (Outreach.io and Marketo) and their integration with other technologies (Salesforce, LinkedIn, On24, etc.)
- Build, implement and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management including lead scoring and nurture programs
- Implement testing methodologies to optimize results and measure the effectiveness of channels, content and campaigns and make recommendations on areas of opportunity
- Delivers effective change management and communications for technology implementation, data policy, operational best practices, and process within revenue org
- Manage key vendors like Google Analytics, Bizible, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar and others
- Partner with marketing to QA systems, processes, and campaigns
- Support the marketing planning process ensuring marketing's goals are aligned with revenue and product objectives
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Revenue Operations and the SVP of Marketing.
Experience & skills you’ll need
- 5+ years of direct experience in the enterprise software industry and SaaS
- Salesforce.com experience is a must
- Balance of strategic vision and tactical execution
- Extremely analytical and strategic
- Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Demonstrated experience designing an innovative marketing technology stack.
- Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills.
- Must be a creative, flexible, hands-on marketer that’s comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
