About the position
The Marketing Operations Manager collaborates with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams. You’re passionate about analytics and a ninja when it comes to commercial processes and systems. This position will report to the Director, Business Operations and Enablement but will have cross functional responsibility and will be required to work with people around the globe.
Key responsibilities as a Marketing Operations Manager at Showpad
- Own Business reporting, analytics and insights within marketing team; communicate to broader executive team and across the company
- Commercial Analytics – configure, test, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns and programs (e.g. email, event pre-show and follow-up, lead routing, lead scoring, data quality management, etc.).
- Implementation, training and enablement for new databases, processes and tools
- Be the right hand of the VP Marketing through facts and analytics
Skills we are looking for
- Holds a Bachelor's degree
- Must have experience using Salesforce.com and Marketo
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a business, sales or marketing operations or consulting role
- Startup DNA is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Can easily interpret business needs and make decisions based on changing priorities
- Quick learner
- Excited to grow with the organization
