PerkSpot is searching for a Marketing Program Manager to join our marketing team! Founded in 2006, PerkSpot is dedicated to inspiring others to love where they work by providing exclusive access to the best discounts available - anywhere. As a Marketing Program Manager, you will manage the strategy, development, and optimization of our lifecycle marketing journeys. You will help us scale communications to drive engagement and value for our members.
What you'll accomplish:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing Operations, Brand and Creative, Client Success, Business Intelligence, Product, and Engineering to develop, launch, and optimize member journeys throughout the customer lifecycle
• Identify customer segmentation opportunities and optimize journeys across audience segments to drive engagement
• Communicate frequently with stakeholders and other teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for marketing campaigns
• Partner with the Business Intelligence team to track marketing campaign results and report campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis to key stakeholders
• Build detailed project plans, and timelines with multiple dependencies and align teams on deliverables
• Analyze and recommend strategies to improve marketing campaign performance
• Basic capabilities working within a Content Management System to manage web content and identify optimization opportunities

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, B2C marketing experience preferred
• Background working in a tech or e-commerce high-growth environment
• Strong communication aptitude, with experience working with senior leadership
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with a Content Management System
• Proficiency in the following technology: Airtable, Sailthru, Miro, JIRA
