We're looking for a Marketing Program Manager to support the growth of Bento through targeted marketing campaigns to small and medium sized businesses. This individual will play a key role within our marketing team and requires someone that is not afraid to engage with prospective customers or influencers via phone, email, web, social media and in-person. The right candidate is just as passionate about analytics as s/he is about concepting, writing, designing and executing a marketing program...while managing more than one program at same time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Leadership: Lead execution of new marketing tests to acquire business customers in target markets, measure results of efforts through ROI analysis, and scale the tactics that work
  • Campaigns: Work with marketing team to develop and manage all promotional collateral and programs, including email, website, research and advertising
  • Events: Manage in-person and online marketing events, including budget, materials, vendors, pre- and post- campaigns
  • Planning: Maintain Gantt chart of all key marketing tasks, activities, and deadlines, and track and forecast marketing expenses
  • Social: Work with team to produce engaging posts for Bento’s Blog, Facebook and Twitter
  • Research: Research ways to increase interactions and optimize content for sharing/virality, and develop a full understanding of our audiences
  • Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report statistics on a weekly basis to the team, and suggest ways to improve performance
  • Teamwork: Support marketing needs of our sales team to improve acquisition goals
  • Overall: Various other projects and tasks in support of overall marketing program

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, multi-channel
  • Experience with CRM and executing triggered strategy and A/B experiments
  • Comfortable in various email marketing platforms
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, for presentations and reports
  • Proven marketing copywriting skills
  • Active social media experience with tools like Sprout or Hootsuite
  • Trade show production experience
  • College degree
  • Bonus: SaaS marketing experience
  • Big plus: Experience working with owners of small businesses

  • Dedication to achieving quantifiable goals for all projects, and being accountable
  • Self-motivated, pragmatic, willing to roll up sleeves and take action
  • Solid skills in analyzing web, email and campaign metrics and extracting actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Working understanding of how websites, mobile apps and search engines work
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn
  • A tenacious and solid researcher
