Job Description
About the role:
As we continue to grow, attracting and hiring the best talent is one of the top priorities for the company, and our Talent Brand & Marketing team is integral in building our reputation globally as an employer of choice to attract high quality candidates. The Marketing Specialist will join our strategic team of marketers and storytellers to develop campaign and enablement assets, and execute on programs to build awareness and create consistent candidate experiences across the talent journey.
What you’ll do:
- Manage content and creative needs for persona-level campaigns to support key growth initiatives for high priority hiring areas globally
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal cross-functional teams to develop impactful branded assets (digital ads, recruitment booth designs, advert graphics, videos, etc.) aligned with our EVP and employer brand differentiators
- Enable, educate and consult recruiters and sourcers with talent brand assets, tools and best practices to act as talent brand ambassadors
- Create, review and optimize enablement assets with clear guidelines to enable strong adoption
- Analyze, report and share metrics and insights from talent marketing events and campaigns to assess messaging and content effectiveness
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has/is:
- 2+ years of experience in similar role in Talent Brand, Communications or Marketing
- Integrated marketing/campaign planning expertise driving clear business outcomes, supporting content strategies, persona-based approach to messaging, and talent journey mapping
- Passion for creative design and storytelling with solid writing, editing, presentation and communication capabilities
