Provi is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the execution of key marketing initiatives. You will help manage, coordinate and monitor marketing tasks across all channels, aid in the launch of new campaigns, and have the ability to create content that aligns with our marketing campaigns and the strategic direction of the marketing team’s initiatives. In addition, you will also be managing our online community and social presence. The Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in helping the team deliver effective marketing programs that will improve our reputation and drive growth.

What you’ll be doing
Social media management: Track, report on, and manage all social media accounts and be able to deliver quick and thoughtful responses to the community Sales collateral execution
Develop and update sales enablement materials while ensuring brand guidelines are met
Light copywriting
Write, proofread and optimize marketing content such as sales collateral, blogs, newsletters, and white papers
Assist with both outbound and inbound marketing campaigns
Liaise with the sales and customer success teams
Event Coordination Help coordinate and manage industry events Establish and maintain relationships with customers, particularly Provi promoters
Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor offerings Hubspot campaign execution
What we are looking for
2-5 years marketing experience (proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role)Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
Knowledge of various marketing and analytical tools such as HubSpot, Heap & Google Analytics
