As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns and innovative tactics to enhance our thought leadership and feed the sales pipeline with quality leads. Furthermore, you will serve as a liaison with the America’s sales team to help better penetrate the market and support them in the field. In this role you will also:

  • Drive and execute targeted marketing plans to bring together marketing programs and regional opportunities, including but not limited to events, trade shows, industry associations, campaigns and local PR activities to build the sales pipeline, generate leads and accelerate opportunities for the field.

  • Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional sales team and marketing peers.

  • Execute creative marketing campaigns in cooperation with global marketing team to attract the attention of business executives.

  • Frequent communication and reporting on field marketing programs and their success against sales and demand generation objectives.

  • Manage and implement demand creation and lead generation activity to develop qualified sales leads and create brand awareness activities.

  • Monitor regional marketing expenses, report on marketing KPIs and provide monthly updates on status.

 

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a tech or SaaS company, IoT knowledge is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree focused in marketing, communications, business or PR

  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing events and campaigns

  • Highly organised and proven project management skills

  • Strong communication and writing skills

  • Business fluency in English, other languages are a plus (e.g. Spanish)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proactive attitude, identifying opportunities and driving business success

  • Passion for a high-paced and result driven environment and keeping it fun
