POSITION OVERVIEW

Bartesian is seeking a marketing specialist to help develop, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives across a variety of channels. The role requires a junior marketer with hands-on experience in marketing execution. Candidate must have knowledge of, and a genuine interest in, multi-channel marketing and have a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will excel at communication, project management and multi-tasking.  Candidate must be well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible and able to follow directions. Copywriting, event management and analytical skills a plus.  Responsibilities can include, but shall not be limited to, email, social media, digital campaigns, advertising, web, PR, events and analytics.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITES

  • Execute and monitor in-market marketing programs
  • Pull and compile marketing performance data into reports, dashboard and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing programs
  • Provide direction, materials and assets to marketing vendors
  • Facilitate and ensure cross-agency communication
  • Attend and assist at events ensuring appropriate Bartesian brand presence
  • Maintain history and record of Bartesian machines provided gratis
  • Maintain record and inventory of Bartesian premiums
  • Own competitive monitoring and reporting
  • Maintain asset library
  • Write copy as needed
  • Work with Marketing Director and/or Leadership to execute marketing programs

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing execution
  • Hands on experience with digital marketing (email, web, social media, SEO, and/or search)
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and metrics
  • Strong prioritization, organization, multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with competitive analysis
  • Expert at MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Creative with the ability to generate innovative ideas
