Marketing & Trade Show Coordinator
The Marketing & Trade Show Coordinator will manage the tactical execution of Keeper Security’s participation in industry trade shows and conferences to include, show services and shipping coordination, vendor and inventory management and all related logistics. Responsible for timely and accurate shipping/receiving of trade show materials, packing, scheduling, processing shipments and managing trade show inventory. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, arrangement of show services, preparation of coordination of scheduling pickups, tracking shipments, and communicating with carriers and suppliers. Work with marketing and sales departments to coordinate logistics and deliverables to support global trade show program.
Trade Show Responsibilities:
- Coordinate registration for Keeper Security attendance at industry trade shows and conferences.
- Work with marketing and sales departments to identify company representatives who will attend trade shows and ensure attending personnel are fully briefed and prepared for the event.
- Order all show services to support the event.
- Pack and ship booth and supplies and ensure that booths and supplies are delivered on time for each show.
- Verify booths are returned in good condition and arrange for any repairs and cleaning as needed.
- Occasionally travel to various trade shows throughout the county to assist with logistics and management of the show.
Additional Responsibilities (as assigned):
- Provide support for Keeper’s Consumer Ambassador program (posting/reviewing/approving challenges, interacting with ambassadors, fulfilling rewards).
- Social media support (replying to consumer posts, administer company posts through social media scheduling tool.
- Manage Keeper merchandise inventory (storage, ordering, fulfillment)
- Coordinate marketing projects through design and engineering using JIRA project tracking
- Coordinate production and distribution of internal marketing enewsletter
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of trade show coordination experience
- Understanding of marketing concepts including product branding
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven; fanatical about checking own work, with high standards for accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Process-driven, always looking to optimize and streamline processes
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in G Suite
