All Campus has an immediate opening for an industrious Media Director who can bring a proactive, big-picture perspective to our outreach efforts. We’re looking for someone who can identify new opportunities within the target return on investment, putting our clients’ programs in front of the right audience in a cost-effective way. The incumbent in this position, in collaboration with the EVP of Marketing, will help define best practices for the media buying division within the marketing team. The position calls for someone with a highly analytical mind-set who can find points of synergy between our clients and optimize the value of each media purchase. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable analyzing data, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of marketers and content creators, and be able to work with both large and small budgets; they will also be a shrewd negotiator, well-practiced in dealing with publishers. This position will focus on the digital channel with an emphasis in direct response, but experience buying traditional TV, radio, out-of-home (OOH), and print is a strong plus. They will need excellent communication and organizational skills to prioritize projects and work closely with our marketing managers, creative, and content teams to execute on their strategy. We have a very team-focused environment, but also need each team member to be self-sufficient in performing daily job functions. Candidates must be able to roll up their sleeves, managing both the day-to-day responsibilities while keeping an eye on client/company goals with limited supervision. Responsibilities: • Research and develop media plans across All Campus' client base in order to maximize student enrollments capitalizing on program synergies • Build relationships and negotiate rates with media outlets • Work with the marketing and creative team to develop the necessary assets in support of the developed media plan • Track, monitor, measure, and report and optimize the performance of media mix, in coordination with the Analytics team • Present media plans and results as needed to clients • Partner with the media teams of existing clients where applicable • Remain at the forefront of media industry in order to bring new opportunities and ideas to the table for testing purposes Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related discipline • 5-10 years of experience buying media, ideally in an agency setting • Experience buying media across digital channels (display, email, digital radio, mobile) is required; traditional (TV, radio, print, OOH/outdoor, events/sponsorships) is a strong plus. Experience with social media, paid, and organic search not required, but is also a plus. • Experience specific to higher education is not necessary. • Experience with Google Analytics, Excel and media buying software
