Position Summary

The Tall Ridge marketing team is seeking a results-driven professional to perform eCommerce media execution and contribute to media strategy development for our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about eCommerce marketing and has experience executing and optimizing digital performance media channels. He or she will work closely with the Media Manager on multi-million-dollar budgets to bring media strategy to life through tactical campaign development, reporting, data analysis and insights, and forward-thinking media optimization recommendations to improve performance KPIs.

 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Media Manager and VP of Media to set client strategy and communicate success to Tall Ridge's clients
• Optimize client spend and tactics across all eCommerce media platforms (including Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, Walmart Ad Center, Wayfair Sponsored Products, etc.)
• Achieve media performance targets for both short term and long term KPIs
• Assist Media Manager in developing testing plans (copy, ads, bidding methods, etc.) for continuous performance improvement.
• Execute A/B testing plan to drive media performance improvements for our clients.
• Work with Media Manager to synthesize data, analyze results, identify trends, report, and execute on key findings to achieve media objectives.
• Work closely with the Account Management, Analytics, Finance, and Demand Planning teams to measure and report results to Tall Ridge leadership
• Utilize various reporting interfaces and campaign management software as applicable (Tableau, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ad Console, Amazon DSP, Walmart Ad Center, Kenshoo, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, specifically SEM, SEO, with a preference to experience on platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.
• Understanding of eCommerce retail media metrics and optimization tactics
• Experience at a media or in-house digital marketing team a plus

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• An organized individual with great attention to detail, sense of urgency, focus on the quality of results
• A self-motivated individual with a curious and self-sufficient attitude who is equally a highly collaborative team player
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to influence others.
