Media Specialist: As the media specialist, you will play an integral role in the planning and execution of RX’s groundbreaking media ecosystem. As a member of RX’s fast growing Media Team, you will assist in driving smart and innovative media campaigns across all the RX Brands. With a primary focus on paid social, you will be managing all tactical implementation and optimizations across Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, and YouTube. However, you will play an evolving role in broader support for the entire RX media function as it pertains to TV, OOH, Video, Programmatic, Content and Search, allowing you to grow your capabilities as a multi-faceted media expert.

It is important for you to be curious and continually seek opportunities both within your channels and on the broader functional team to learn about best practices, new approaches, industry updates, etc. You will work alongside an energetic and nimble media team to develop go-to-market media plans and activations. You must collaborate seamlessly with other functional teams and specialties. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; you’re eager for challenges and can work productively within an unstructured environment.

General Functions + Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building all campaigns in self-serve social platforms for all the RX Brands
  • Project manage all social campaigns and coordinate timely delivery of creative and web assets
  • Responsible for handling budget flighting, the direct bid strategy, and campaign optimizations
  • Campaign monitoring to ensure the account is pacing well relative to budgets and targets
  • Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on KPIs
  • Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoice approval and reconciliation with Finance teams
  • Assist media team with overall paid social strategy and recommendations
  • Work closely with media managers to develop fully integrated digital and social campaigns
  • Utilize media research tools and resources to aid in campaign recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 1-2 years hands-on experience planning/buying digital media. Experience working across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Snapchat will be advantageous
  • Comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology
  • Experience with DR campaign management a plus
  • Clear technical and analytical mindset
  • Eagerness to learn the digital landscape with an understanding and passion for media
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
  • Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
