About this Role

The Omnichannel Marketing Manager plays an integral role in shaping demand generation strategy and executing & optimizing scalable campaigns to prospects and customers that influence buying decisions, accelerate pipeline and support revenue growth for Epsilon. You drive strategic campaign planning and regular execution of inbound and outbound channel optimization that support Epsilon PeopleCloud, our industry leading marketing technology suite of SaaS products and digital media solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Take business goals and customer pain points to formulate successful go-to-market strategies—

developing the appropriate mix of paid and organic tactics and aligning channel, content and creative to drive marketing ROI. Our go-to-market teams (fellow marketers and sales stakeholders) look to you to identify new opportunities to deepen engagement across the customer lifecycle to achieve organic new business and cross-sell/up-sell revenue targets.

  • Plan and manage an integrated campaign calendar, sharing with key marketing, sales and product stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Develop nurture campaigns based on target buyer personas and real-time measurement of lead quality and conversion.
  • Manage and optimize inbound and outbound campaign performance across email, content syndication, direct mail, digital advertising, SEO and more to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) that are actionable by Sales to convert to SQLs and engage contacts in the buying group to support pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Report on and communicate monthly channel and campaign level results, including account engagement, meetings, pipeline, close-won revenue, etc.
  • Partner and influence cross-functional teams, including creative, event marketers, product and vertical marketing experts, analyst relations, strategic comms, content marketers and analytic teams—all helping us craft compelling prospect / customer experiences. You also work with sales and product stakeholders in targeted industries (such as Retail, Financial Services, CPG, Restaurants and Travel) and product areas to align on campaign targets and goals and communicate results.

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in fast-moving B2B marketing services, enterprise SaaS companies or advertising technology organizations
  • An innovative, self-starter who sees ‘ambiguity’ as an opportunity as opposed to a hurdle and thrives on challenging yourself to push beyond conventional thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications
  • Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, HubSpot and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools
  • Ability to manage budgets, including understanding of basic finance principles
  • A results-driven marketer passionate about demonstrating value to your stakeholders
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, is flexible and able to adapt to changing scenarios, rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done
