Home Chef is looking for a Paid Media Associate to join our Digital Marketing team. This person will work alongside and assist the Influencer and Paid Media Managers in their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities. This includes: researching, identifying and communicating with social media influencers, assisting with operational tasks and optimizations for core paid media channels (Facebook, Google, Bing, Taboola & Outbrain) and prospecting for additional paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation and understanding of key Digital Marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR etc.) and experience managing paid media campaigns on behalf of direct response advertisers. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn about influencer marketing and various paid media channels that impact the Home Chef business.
Responsibilities
- Assist Paid Media Managers in daily tactical execution and optimization across Facebook, Google, Bing, Taboola and Outbrain including: campaign builds, creative uploads, bid strategy, account restructure, creative tagging and reporting
- Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to research, identify and manage outreach to social media influencers for paid partnerships based on brand fit and content engagement metrics
- Research and recommend new direct response paid media channels to further scale Home Chef’s growth
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in performance marketing at an agency, e-commerce/CPG company or startup environment
- Experience managing advertising campaigns in paid social and/or paid search
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLookup, Advanced Formulas)Familiarity and interest in influencer marketing
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously across numerous channels
- Collaborative, eager to learn and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Analytical mindset and a desire to work closely with large amounts of data
