Our marketing team is looking to add an exceptional individual who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and can work with little direction. Our office is located in Downtown Chicago (working remote currently, potential hybrid option coming). 

As a Chowly Marketing team member, you will be responsible for handling ad spend and generating qualified leads through channels such as the google suite (business, ads, analytics), SEO & SEM, social media (facebook, instagram, linkedin), etc.

Responsibilities:

• Create a growth strategy for paid media and a plan to execute (30, 60, 90 day plan)

• See ideas through from conception to completion

• Drive product growth and qualified leads through paid campaigns

• Conduct thorough research from competitors, best practices, etc.

• Identify opportunities for growth

• Create KPIs and analyze performance reporting to share with the Marketing Director

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin) - Focus on ads but be able to collaborate with the team to increase social media presence and messaging

• Clearly communicate brand messaging

Requirements:

• 3+ years of paid search experience 

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience

• Excellent Communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience developing, testing, and optimizing ad messaging and spend

• SEO/SEM experience

• Positive, growth-centered mindset

• Works well with teams and people

• Displays critical thinking skills

• Can work with little or no direction
