As we’re gearing up for more growth, we’re looking for a scrappy, strategic, and highly-analytical Paid Media Specialist to develop and execute cross-channel media plans. The ideal candidate has a track record of achieving (and measuring) great results through paid media advertising and has a strong understanding of how various digital media channels impact the customer lifecycle. He or she will manage the paid media budget and work with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes including lead generation, new customer acquisition, and product adoption.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop cross-channel paid media strategies for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, display and ABM platforms
  • Manage day-to-day campaign status, inclusive of monitoring delivery and pacing, and evaluating key performance drivers
  • Set up testing plans (copy, ads, landing pages) for continuous performance improvement and optimization of campaigns
  • Test new and emerging platforms, with eye towards scaling testing and optimization capabilities
  • Synthesize data, analyze results, identify trends, and execute on key findings to achieve paid media objectives
  • Manage relationships with external publishers, vendors, and partners

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years experience driving leads through B2B digital advertising campaigns on platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google AdWords
  • Knowledge of campaign performance reporting standards, via native dashboards as well as through third party tools such as Pardot and Salesforce
  • Basic understanding of best practices for landing page and ad campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certification a plus
