The Tie Bar is looking for a highly analytical, creative, organized and execution-focused Paid Social Manager to help drive the brands paid social channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. The Paid Social Manager will have full ownership of strategy, tracking & analytics, KPIs, budget, and work in partnership with the creative team to create campaigns. This role reports into the VP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of paid social media spend covering Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Planning of all paid social campaigns from end to end including segmentation of audience, creative, copy and tracking & analytics.
  • Monitor, maintain and optimize campaigns and budgets by performing daily bid changes and campaign changes with constant performance analysis
  • Identify new segments to test for continued growth of paid social channels
  • Comfortable operating to e-commerce KPIs including CAC, ROI, ROAS, CTR and other marketing metrics
  • Collaborate with content team on creative and copy, and make recommendations with the team to drive campaign performance
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs to broader team, and optimization of channels to maximize ROI

Requirements:

  • 2 years + of consistent paid social management working on an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand, or at a paid social/digital marketing agency
  • Experience and understanding of the key paid social ad platforms (Facebook & Pinterest)
  • Interest in eCommerce, fashion, or retail
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Highly organized and the ability to juggle lots of tasks simultaneously, can work independently when needed but also collaborates well with multiple different teams. 
  • Innovative, forward-thinking, and self-starting mentality – must be able to take ownership and deliver results with little oversight
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Lookr, Tableau is preferred but not essential
