JOIN OUR TEAM

We’re looking for an engaged, experienced, and highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled and engaging self-starter who is passionate about driving business objectives through enabling channel partner sales and marketing teams, and connecting end users to digital experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Engage with NextCapital’s channel partner marketing and sales teams, supporting them in the translation of our go-to-market strategies, tactics, and best practices onto their specific programs and sales channels
  • Build and execute on strategic marketing plans for all stakeholder audiences in a partner’s sales channel, including both institutional and individual investor audiences (e.g., email marketing campaigns, webinars, landing pages, sales training, thought leadership, social media, events, collateral creation, etc.)
  • Contribute to the design, creation, and ongoing execution of NextCapital sales and marketing collateral materials


WHERE THIS ROLE MAY LEAD YOU

  • Own partner marketing enablement strategy and tactics
  • Create key relationships with institutional partner contacts
  • Collaborate directly with the executive team on shaping the marketing enablement program
  • Become an instrumental player in the organization, helping build out a top-tier marketing program from the ground-up

Requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar context
  • You have experience working directly with large customers, preferably in a channel partner (i.e., B2B2C) business model
  • You have a demonstrated track record of launching successful products by optimizing customer experience and maximizing end-user engagement
  • You consistently leverage available tools and evidence in combination with your own intuition and experience to create cohesive and thoughtful solutions
  • You understand the importance of addressing problems through the lens of the end user and are competent in balancing the user’s needs with optimized solutions
  • You are known for driving smooth communication amongst varied groups of stakeholders
