What will your day look like?
You will acts as the main point of contact within marketing for Alliant’s B2B and B2C sales teams. The incumbent is responsible for planning, building, executing, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including affiliate, display, ABM, social, and web; defining and tracking against KPIs; tracking spend against a budget; managing B2B and B2C sales projects; working with marketing technology team to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of advertising; and identifying areas of opportunity for B2B or B2C sales teams to increase touchpoints with contacts. The incumbent will also be responsible for adjusting spend based on performance; reporting on campaign performance; and staying up-to-date on digital advertising best practices. The Partner Marketing Specialist will have a deep knowledge of the digital marketing in the B2C and B2B spaces and should be comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, team environment.

- Expand B2C and B2B digital advertising program at Alliant, targeting both prospects and current members
- Plan, build, execute, manage and optimize all digital advertising campaigns (brand, prospecting and remarketing) across channels including affiliate, display, social, and web
- Coordinate with performance marketing and brand teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Build and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns, as needed
- Build awareness of Alliant brand and products through digital advertising efforts
- Develop and implement full-funnel digital advertising campaign
- Develop and implement A/B test plans for digital ads and associated landing pages
- Work with content and design teams to develop creative and copy
- Develop and implement targeting strategies for digital advertising campaigns
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns on Alliant-owned web properties
- Operate as point of contact for internal stakeholders to understand goals/needs and recommend campaigns as well as project manage to ensure campaigns/projects are completed in a timely fashion
- Work with marketing team, and other business partners, to develop email campaigns to leads, members for both B2B and B2C
- Create sales assets including email content, landing page content, webinars, brochures, etc.
- Identify & execute on new marketing opportunities with employer contacts and employees
- Lead the implementation of a plan to nurture leads to members
- Work with content and design teams to develop creative and copy
- Develop targeting strategies for email campaigns
- Regularly report on performance of digital advertising campaigns to marketing and other stakeholders, using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau and similar
- Work with internal teams in marketing, business intelligence and technology to ensure performance is accurately tracked
- Act as project manager on digital advertising projects
- Participate in marketing strategy meetings
- Recommend bid adjustments and forecast required budget for digital advertising channels
- Maintain knowledge of best practices in digital marketing, act as subject matter expert for all things related to digital advertising
- Participate on cross-functional teams for marketing and enterprise projects, as assigned
- Activate new brand positioning
- Develop marketing plans for B2B sales partners
- Other duties as assigned by Manager, Performance Marketing
Qualifications

You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred; or commiserate professional experience, required, and you have:
- 3+ years’ experience with digital advertising and digital marketing, in the B2B or B2C space
- Strong project management skills, required
- Successful track record of planning, building, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels like affiliate, display, social and email
- Deep understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategies
- Proficient with digital marketing tools including marketing automation tools, CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads (and other digital advertising platforms), affiliate platforms (Impact, etc.), social media management tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Proven track record of solving problems with a team
- Experience forecasting digital advertising budgets
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Proven track record of planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns
- Analytical thinker who can pivot based on metrics and performance, and report on performance of campaigns
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a website CMS preferred
- Experience managing agency partners and vendors preferred
- Experience with account management preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
