About the Role: Do you thrive on seeing how your work directly leads to business impact and revenue? As a Performance Marketer at Figo, you will play an integral role in lead generation and customer acquisition with a focus on affiliate partners, while also supporting a range of other PPC initiatives. You will nurture relationships with our online partners while helping us identify new partners, in order to increase high-quality traffic to our site and grow our customer base.

At the same time, you’re a powerful relationship builder who can win hearts and close deals, all while keeping our brand’s best interests in mind. Responsibilities
- Manage existing affiliate partners to drive growth
- Develop new partnerships in the affiliate and performance marketing space to reach new audiences and grow our customer base
- Onboard new partners, including setting up campaigns and tracking
- Monitor performance and proactively work with partners to continually optimize campaigns and improve both number and quality of leads
- Negotiate and optimize various deals and commissions with partners
- Ensure partners are equipped with the latest and greatest from Figo so they can represent our brand in the best way possible
- Work with the rest of the marketing team to ensure campaigns are well integrated with overall marketing strategy and business goals
- Support a range of growth and performance marketing efforts that include paid search, paid social, and other lower-funnel initiatives
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Affiliate Marketing role
- Proficient in MS Excel and generally comfortable with technology and data analysis
- Experience or strong interest in consumer brands
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account/Partner Management a plus
- B.S. in Marketing, Business, or related field a plus
