Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst who is passionate about turning data and data-driven insights into marketing action. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing campaign optimizations through digital platforms and direct relationships while having a strong direct impact on the growth of the company.
What you will do:
- Support the marketing team to drive attributable sales and subscriptions to Catch Co.’s products and services
- Manage and improve digital direct response customer acquisition strategies on Facebook, Google AdWords, Instagram, YouTube, Programmatic, etc. for our subscription and ecommerce businesses
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding the status of all campaigns
- Manage the trafficking of campaigns, delivery of creative assets, insertion orders and/or campaign documentation in preparation for launches and rotations
- Test and, if successful, scale new customer acquisition channels, including offline channels
- Research and suggest testing plans for new platforms/channels to drive the business
- You will interact with the digital product team, data team and content teams

REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 2 in digital paid acquisition (e.g., Facebook, AdWords, YouTube, Doubleclick Products, The Trade Desk, Pinterest, Twitter), lead-generation, and conversion rate optimization, preferably in an e-commerce/brand-centric environment
- Experience using data sources and UTM tagging to make data-driven campaign optimization and strategy decisions
- An understanding of A/B testing-based strategies
- Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the full programmatic campaign life-cycle
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
