Job Description
We are seeking an analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the optimization and scale of our paid social and mobile acquisition campaigns. Successful candidates should be accustomed to: analyzing and managing large-scale Facebook, Instagram, and mobile campaigns, translating strategy into concrete plans with internal partners, using data-driven insights to design campaign experiments, and iterating upon feed & audience segmentation approaches to refine paid investment efficiency.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Sr Manager of Growth Marketing. We are open to remote hires within multiple states as well as candidates local to Chicago, IL who are comfortable traveling to an office at least 2 days per week. Responsibilities
- Oversees day to day management of large portions of Reverb's Global user acquisition program, optimizing towards strict performance goals via campaign development, experimentation, creative optimization and targeting
- Delivers reporting, insights, and forecasts that accurately and appropriately measures channel performance on a daily through annual basis
- Partners with Analytics Team to build testing and incrementally roadmaps and discover cross-channel optimization opportunities
- Collaborates with internal partners to strengthen the Performance Marketing program through work streams such as feed optimization with engineering and top of funnel optimization alongside the content team
- Stays on top of the always-evolving digital marketing landscape, from industry news to emerging technology
Qualifications
- You have 4+ years demonstrated success in analyzing large-scale Social and user acquisition campaigns to specific ROI goals; Experience in e-commerce and multi-sided marketplaces is preferred.
- Experience with multi-touch attribution (MTA) models and understand the nuances of web/app tracking. You are familiar with analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills translating raw data into insights to form hypotheses, and drive innovation of our programs through experimentation
- Familiarity across programmatic, mobile and other display and social channels
- You have worked with product catalogs of over 10k+ SKUs and identified high-impact feed optimization opportunities.
- Agile and collaborative teammate with strong critical thinking, problem solving skills, excellent communications skills, and bias toward action anticipating the constantly evolving marketing arena
- Knowledge and a passion for musical instruments and music gear is a plus!
