Job Description
The Rewards & Product Strategy team sits within the Enterprise Marketing organization and is responsible for driving long-term growth for the organization with a focus on product and rewards platforms. Within Rewards & Products, this role sits on the Cash & Rewards Strategy team and will lead the end-to-end rewards communication journey.
This team member will own our rewards communication journey and work with cross-functional partners to test, learn, and enhance these journeys. We are looking for a consumer-first marketer with a demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with teams like analytics and insights to develop targeted communication strategies, channel partners to develop integrated and behaviorally-triggered campaign strategies, and others across the organization to build test and learn agendas.
- Documents study findings and prepares recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Partners with marketing and execution teams to ensure campaign execution.
- Analyzes existing data and develops studies to collect new data. Refines existing or develops new insights.
- Identifies new opportunities to grow and optimize the business
Work Experience:
4+ years minimum Marketing Analysis; Risk Analysis
Education:
Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Continuous Improvement is a mimimum.
In Lieu of Education Experience:
6+ years minimum of Analytics- Marketing; Risk
