Job Description
Principal Direct Marketing Campaigns Management

Manages the set up and processing for all Discover Student Loans (DSL) acquisition pre-screened direct response marketing campaigns. Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams such as Marketing Analytics, Credit Risk, Creative Development, Product Development, and Campaign Processing to ensure accurate implementation of offer and test structure, list selection, and segmentation. Acts as the liaison with field employees to ensure they are aware of campaign quantities and drop dates. Monitors the delivery of campaign files to appropriate systems for response tracking, card member services, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Works with internal business teams to develop list selection, segmentation and offer setup, and manages Compliance approval.
- Creates reports and identifies population shortfalls for business partners, including updating all monthly documentation and communicating across the business.
- Audits reports for correct execution of marketing segmentation and offer assignment instructions.
- Tracks and resolves issues arising in segmentation, selection, and post-fulfillment file delivery processes.
- Owns all campaign documentation and ensures it is kept up to date, including milestones, workflow, campaign procedures, change management, and campaign process reporting.

Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here is what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Direct Response Campaigns
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Direct Response Campaigns
