What You'll BringProduct marketing skills for creating messaging and content. You understand what best-in-class messaging, positioning and product launch programs are made of and can easily take relevant TU Global Solution value propositions and develop differentiated partner stories. You have extensive B2B software product marketing experience (minimum 8-10 years) honed against understanding partnership opportunities that can enhance customer solution completeness and are highly skilled at developing and managing complex partner GTM programs as a result.
Communication expertise. You will be working with partners, product managers, sales and marketing stakeholders across the world. You have a proven track record of being able to engage users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience effectively communicating across all levels of an organization (including executive stakeholders), while also collaborating with diverse stakeholders from creative to technical SMEs.
Astute relationship management and influence ability. You will own the marketing relationship with all focus partners and coordinate with the platform partner, business develop and or partner relationship managers at TU to drive joint GTM activities. We want you to set proactive strategic marketing relationship with strategic solution partners built on your ability to build trust and add value.
Content creation aptitude. You will own and assist in the creation of all partner solution-related GTM content. Sometimes this means rolling up your sleeves and getting the work done, other times this means coordinating with other marketing stakeholders on TU or partner teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Messaging Ownership. You are a storyteller and owner in articulating and driving the market understanding of our product capabilities with our partners, you enjoy proactively developing new messages, and it will be your job to keep it engaging and insightful.
Initiative driven, self-starter. TU is moving, growing, and changing quickly, it is an environment you embrace and enjoy being a part of even when ownership and processes are influx. You must have the ability to take initiative and ownership and effectively leverage resources to drive successful outcomes without constant direction.

Impact You'll MakeThe Product Marketing team is tasked with driving growth and adoption of TransUnion (TU) global solutions by using strong, scalable go-to-market tactics that solidify our position as thought leader, innovator, and trusted partner. Solution and channel partnerships provide a significant opportunity to accelerate solution growth and adoption, increase brand awareness, and potentially expand into emerging markets, all while delighting customers. The Product Marketing Director for Partner Solutions will combine a product marketing with a business development mindset to develop the joint messaging, value proposition, marketing content and campaign plans for solution partnerships that are critical to core TU global product portfolios, such as risk decisioning, fraud, and marketing solutions. We are looking for a creative, analytical, collaborative product marketing expert to join our fast-growing team.
Below are some but not limited ways to make an impact in this position:
Lead the creation and execution of product marketing strategic plans and GTM deliverables for solution partnerships that are critical to core TU global product portfolios
Own and drive the GTM initiative roadmap and prioritization process to support strategic solution partnerships across TU global portfolios, including annual strategic planning processes
Act as a primary consultant to US Markets and International Business Units at TU on all product marketing matters for all focus partner solution initiatives
Liaise between external partner marketing resources, TU partner alliance teams, and TU marketing teams to drive proactive results
Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner sales enablement activities, including but not limited to development of sales collateral, joint marketing & GTM plans, and guidance required for marketing communication or demand generation activities
Coordinate partner program activities with members of the sales team and create appropriate sales enablement and training resources to support the success of partner GTM priorities
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel within strategic partnership engagements to develop joint messaging and positioning that resonate with target market segments
Proactively assess, clarify and validate solution partner GTM needs on an ongoing basis
Provide input and expertise on various marketing initiatives, efficiencies and reporting, including GTM initiative metrics and key performance indicators
