Product Marketing Manager
The Marketing team at Hireology is growing, and we are looking to add a Product Marketing Manager to the team. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, this individual will be responsible for creating the go-to-market strategy and positioning for Hireology’s award-winning hiring and talent management software. You’ll further own development and execution of the marketing strategy focused on boosting customer adoption, use and success with our solution.
This is a critical role that will work cross-functionally within Hireology. You’ll partner directly with leaders across the product, sales, customer success, and operations teams to accelerate growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with the product team, conduct user and market research to inform new products, feature releases, and messaging
- Perform analyses to gain a deeper understanding of the market and competitive landscape to support sales and the product roadmap
- Own product positioning, messaging and all go-to-market/launch activities including process documentation, internal readiness, and content
- Create enablement material (blog posts, videos, sell sheets) that provides support at each stage of the sales funnel
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales and customer success teams on messaging, product features and competitive differentiators
- Maintain and expand a knowledge base of useful self-serve content including product FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and how-to videos
- Plan and execute customer marketing strategy and campaigns that drive product adoption, usage, and overall value
- Work with Hireology customers to build advocates, create case studies, and drive feedback/reviews
- Manage all channel partner marketing communication (campaigns, webinars, product notifications, enablement material)
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
- 5+ years experience in product marketing, digital marketing and/or product management
- Past experience performing research or building competitive analyses
- Superior writing and collateral creation skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a love for presenting to groups
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
