We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement to join our growing team and support the continued growth and expansion of our business globally. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, with good knowledge of marketing practices, exceptional communication and superior writing skills. This newly-created role is a key resource on the Marketing team. This role will have the ability to build out a holistic and comprehensive Marketing Enablement strategy and deployment, focused on customer-facing teams but also throughout the organization.

What your day could consist of:

  • Create enablement materials and curriculum that supports revenue generating efforts
  • Work with Sales and Success team members to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company with regard to product and industry knowledge and conduct ongoing needs assessments
  • Build, communicate, and train on marketing initiatives that drive acquisition and retention
  • Create, manage, and ensure marketing collateral and content across internal teams
  • Participate or lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives 
  • Participate in or lead development of marketing plans to enhance growth and assist in outreach/communications
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Act as the subject matter expert who delivers high-quality material, content and resources in a compelling, interesting and timely manner
  • Continuously maintain knowledge of the AC suite of products, competitive landscape and overall industry
  • Develop and implement metrics to gauge the success of enablement initiatives and programs to ensure ongoing and ideal success and impact
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Education team to avoid duplication of effort and ideal deployment of learning and content
  • Support the development of solution messaging for sales collateral, sales tools
  • Work closely with the global and regional GTM teams to ensure consistent but also localized deployment

What is needed:

  • 4+ years in a marketing or sales enablement role Marketing or in a similar capacity
  • Proven ability to build compelling content and collateral, ideally for a high-growth product-based SaaS company
  • Experience with persona-based marketing
  • Experience working in a global marketing organization
  • Proven desire to understand customers and their use cases
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable taking general guidance and turning it into clear deliverables and business impact in a fast-paced, technical environment
  • Passionate about content creation
  • A strong aptitude and willingness to help others and the ability to work cross functionally
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships to support and empower multiple teams with their marketing, outreach, and demand generation efforts
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task, set measurable objectives and manage defined timelines
  • Ability to create, update, and maintain an ever growing repository of marketing collateral and enablement materials
