We’re looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager. Is it you?
This person loves to stay abreast of market trends within the HR technology and adjacent spaces, translating product features into relevant customer messages, and working to enable sales and customer teams with standardized training.
This person will focus on two key needs: developing and delivering content to enable our sales and marketing teams and communicating product updates both internally and externally. You aim to have a deep understanding of the voice of the customer by researching our industry, strategizing go to market plans alongside Product, Marketing and Sales and listening to feedback on our positioning within the market. As a product marketing manager, you have a passion for delivering value to customers and a bias towards speed to market.
The ideal candidate will have experience executing on SaaS software launch plans, some knowledge of survey design and survey research experience, and a proven history of conducting primary and secondary research to inform and support GTM strategies and content creation.
Here’s what a Product Marketing Manager does at Evive (for people who like bullet lists):
- Write clear, concise content consistent with Evive brand’s voice.
- Write both short- and long-form content, including but not limited to email campaigns, white papers, eBooks, infographics, case studies, newsletters, webinar decks, sales collateral, speaker decks for conferences, and blog articles.
- Simplify complicated topics into communications everyone will understand.
- Support content-marketing efforts with research, editing, proofreading, and writing of other content.
- Central point of contact within sales and marketing for product knowledge and communication by keeping up to date and fully aware of all product roadmaps.
- Create content around products and enhancements for the external market.
- Conduct thorough research regarding the market in order to provide insight and recommendations on product positioning and strategy.
- Create and maintain competitive analysis.
- All other duties as assigned.
You bring a lot to the table.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or Public Relations, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product marketing, preferably with a SaaS orientation
- Skilled in creative concept development, launch execution and sales enablement
- Employee benefits, human resources, or healthcare experience preferred.
