The Job Description
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for turning marketing messaging into lead-generating results. They will formulate and communicate product messaging, communicate these messages via both inbound and outbound campaigns and directly to key partners, assume responsibility for content creation of marketing and sales enablement resources, and drive enterprise-level campaigns and ABM programs.
What you'll do as Product Marketing Manager:
- Develop a marketing positioning and messaging structure to serve as the basis for our outbound and inbound communications.
- Work collaboratively with Sales on the creation and maintenance of Ideal Customer Profiles for key buying influencers across our market segments.
- Be responsible for creation of all (non-short form) resources in support of marketing campaigns and sales enablement, including white papers, case studies, contributed articles, blog contributions, sales presentations, etc.
- Review and consult on web and landing page content and messaging.
- Serve as primary internal point-of contact and project manager for all significant RFI/RFP responses.
- Develop and execute customer upsell campaigns supporting company's upsell goals.
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns in concert with Sales Account Management targeted at the large-to-Enterprise market space.
- Develop product marketing processes and KPIs in order to improve company readiness around product releases.
- Develop and maintain a high level of customer intelligence regarding win / loss reasons, buyer personas, buyer journeys, user profiles, and personas.
- Track and conduct analysis of market activities such as product KPIs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Requirements:
- 5-8 Years in senior B2B SaaS marketing positions.
- Demonstrated mastery in product positioning and value messaging.
- Demonstrated mastery in the coordination and planning of product releases.
- Demonstrated mastery in the development and communication of buyer personas and journeys.
- Strong familiarity with Sales/Marketing CRMs/MAPs (HubSpot a plus).
- Demonstrated mastery in GTM planning and execution.
- Strong Familiarity with B2B SaaS and mobile technologies.
- Demonstrated mastery in project management.
- Demonstrated mastery in customer / channel communications.
- Demonstrated mastery in planning and executing lead generation activities.
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. MA/MS/MBA preferred.
